Model 9033 Operation and Maintenance Manual

This Operation and Maintenance manual for a manufacturer of semiconductor assembly equipment presented a unique research challenge. Very little product support was available, so the initiative was placed on the writer to research and become familiar with all aspects of this equipment.Semiconductor assembly equipment is usually a very interesting mix of electro-mechanical, chemical, and computer technology, so the writer must have a good general technical background.

In addition to the manual, Allegro produced all of the photography, including components and sub-assemblies for a separate spare parts manual.
